A resident of the greater Nashville area since 1989, Jenny Fann is well-acquainted with the diverse beauty and blessings living in the area affords. As a wife to her best friend and the mother of two ever-entertaining young men, Jenny wholeheartedly recommends the area as a wonderful place to live and raise a family.

After working in the corporate and service arenas for years and then taking some time to be with her children, Jenny felt an increasing desire to help others find their perfect home. With the full encouragement of her family, she jumped into real estate and has loved the experience ever since.

In addition to the blessing of meeting and helping so many people, Jenny has received several awards since becoming a realtor. She has been recognized as a top producing realtor in her office for several years and has frequently received recognition for achieving the highest closed volume for an individual since starting with Keller Williams.

Jenny not only enjoys helping her clients, but she also loves to help equip new realtors to achieve their goals. As a member of the Associate Leadership Council for her office, she serves her co-workers in several ways including mentoring and teaching classes.

And…in January of 2019, Kimberly Johnson joined “Team Fann” as the Client Care Guru. She brings many years of Real Estate, Marketing and Operations experience to add a powerful extra layer of service and expertise to help give “Team Fann” clients an exceptional real estate experience.

When not working with clients, Jenny can be found cheering for her boys from the sidelines of a sports field or serving her community in a variety of ways. Whether she’s planning a teacher appreciation party for her boy’s school, or teaching a Sunday school class for little learners at church, the smile on her face makes it evident that it is her great pleasure to serve.
